Here we are at the last challenge of the year and as the last challenge, we are running it for the next 3 weeks. The final challenge is totally open and anything goes. I made an adorable little “Woof” dog card (SVG) designed by The Cutting Cafe.
I used the SVG cut file from The Cutting Cafe and my Cricut Air Explore machine to make the card. I cut various dog themed papers from my stash, plus to stamped dogs to decorate.

For this week’s Challenge at C.R.A.F.T., we are looking for a shaker card. I went a little overboard and created a Treat Cup card and filled it with candies that “shake”. The template SVG files are from The Cutting Cafe: Halloween Treat Cup Cards. There are three fabulous card designs: spider, pumpkin and ghost. If you don’t have a cutting machine, they also include a PDF that you can print a cut out by hand. I simply followed the directions, using my Cricut Explore Air, papers from my stash, candy and a little paint and viola! The card even comes with a special envelop box.

For the CRAFT Challenge 261, we are looking for a Shaped Card. I used a SVG file from The Cutting Cafe and my Cricut Explore Air called Teacup Card Set. This set includes 2 different teapot designs, plus envelopes. If you don’t own a Silhouette, Cricut, Brother cutting machine, no worries because the Cutting Cafe also includes the template pattern that allows you to manual cut out the card. I also added a flower I created using one of my dies from Marianne Designs, The sentiment id from SSS.

We are starting off the month with a sketch challenge. I made a fun shaker card using the snowman template (svg) cut from The Cutting Cafe called appropriately the Snowman Shaker Card. They also have varies accessories to dress up the snowman, plus other wonderful shaker cards as well. I used my Cricut machine to cut out the snowman, but The Cutting Cafe also supplies instructions on how to us the files with your Silhouette, and a PDF to hand cut it out with a cutting machine. I used varies papers, stickers, pearls and sequins from my stash to dress up the card. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. The total size of the finished card is 5 x 7.
