This week’s challenge at CRAFT is designed to get you ready for Christmas. I made three versions of my Christmas cards using Lake Winter by Stitchy Bear’s Digi Outlet. I used paper/card stock from my stash and Simon Says Stamps die called Holiday Frames. This card design would be great to use with your winter photos as well.
Card 1: I used distress ink the colour inside the frame
Card 2: Simple Black & White version
Card 3: Added patterned paper, ribbon, and rounded top right corner.
This challenge runs until October 20th. Please join us. Also please support our sponsors. Without their generosity, we would not be able to award our great prizes!
This week the CRAFT Challenge is “Christmas”. I made my Christmas Card using digi stamps by our sponsor – Stitchy Bear Stamps called ”Candy Cane“. I printed the image a little larger than my card, and trimmed the design. I coloured the image with Copic markers. Next I painted on white glue over the candies and adhered Ranger’s fine glitter. I layered it with some red card stock, added a sentiment and snowflakes from JustRite, and finished it off with a few gem berries.
Please support our sponsors. Without them we would not be able to provide our wonderful prizes.
This week over at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge 307 we are looking for a Christmas themed card. For my card, I used a Digi Stamp called Rudolph n Santa by Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps. I started by printing the image out on 4.25 x 5.5 card stock. Next I coloured the image with Copic markers. I die cut the trees in the background using Impression Obsession (IO) - Fir Tree Border. I layered the image on patterned paper from my stash. I added two of the three trees from IO - Fir Trees and a sticker sentiment and snowflakes from Dollar Tree,
