When CHCC Challenge was looking for plaid, I immediately thought of the stamp/dieset I purchased from PhotoPlay called O CANADA. I used their stamps, dies and cardstock from this release. Note: They have also released a Christmas version that I have on order. While this set was designed for Canada Day, it blends well for many occasions, especially if you are Canadian!. I coloured my characters with Copics, die cut them out, and pasted them on plaid paper from the same release.

I am in charge of picking the challenges for July for the 52CCT Design team. When I thought of this challenge, I was thinking of ways to stretch my stamps and dies by using non-Christmas dies to make a Christmas card. For my first card, I used papers, stamps and dies from Photo Play designed specifically for Canada Day to make a Christmas card.

Happy Canada Day Everyone! I had to create Canada Day Cards for my friend’s adorable grandchildren. Two are from the USA and to other two are from Canada. I used papers, stamps and dies from Photo Play. The stamped images were coloured using Copic markers.
