Gosh, summer is over and now we are into my favourite season of all – Fall. The Design team at C.R.A.F.T. is looking for an Autumn or Weather card. I used a fabulous stamp from Eureka Stamps called Halloween Border. What says fall more than orange pumpkins! I love the glossy finish left for using my Minc machine, so I printed the image using my laser printer/Minc, coloured the image with my Copic markers, and added it to some Halloween paper from my stash.

This week at 52CCT, the Design Team is looking at the way you colour your cards. I love using Copic Markers. It is amazing some of the things you can do with these markers. I am by no means an expert. For inspiration of what you can do with Copic markers, I would strongly advise you to check out Sandy Allnock. This lady can Rock Copic Markers!
For my card, I used an adorable Bird Brain digi stamp by From the Heart Stamps (unfortunately this company is closed). I coloured it with Copics and die cut it was a circle die by MFT. I folded a piece of blue cardstock 10″ x 5″ and cut the same size circle so I ended up with a card with a circle in the centre. Next, I glued the image into the inside of the card. For the final touch, I added a die cut from Find It Trading – Precious Marieke Die – Spirit of Christmas Snowflake Circle.

The C.R.A.F.T. Design Team says, “Let’s get active and involve Sports this week’s Card!” After making a Christmas card for our last challenge, I was still in the winter mood. I used Dr. Digi’s, Simple Snowman. I printed him out using my laser printer, then put him through my Minc machine using the shiny black foil. I filled him in with a bit of Copic Colouring then layered him on a die cut scenic background using Stampin Ups Christmas dies. The sentiments and snowballs are from Lawn Fawn. My sports are Sleigh riding and a snowball fight. Note: This cute little digi is available in B&W or Coloured.

The week the Design Team at 52CCT is looking for a punny holiday/funny holiday card. I have used this stamp in the past, but I just love Penny Black’s Snowy the snowman, and if you add a dog you get an extra bonus. I coloured the image with Copic markers. I cut out each scene using MFT stitched squares/rectangles. The sentiment is from SSS.

When CHCC Challenge was looking for plaid, I immediately thought of the stamp/dieset I purchased from PhotoPlay called O CANADA. I used their stamps, dies and cardstock from this release. Note: They have also released a Christmas version that I have on order. While this set was designed for Canada Day, it blends well for many occasions, especially if you are Canadian!. I coloured my characters with Copics, die cut them out, and pasted them on plaid paper from the same release.
