This week’s challenge at CHNCC is to make a Christmas project using “Things with Wings”. I immediately thought of Birds. I love this little bird digi by Bugaboo Stamps. I have the whole series with the bird tobogganing, skating, in a snowglobe, and more. I coloured him using my Derwent Inkintense watercolour pencils, patterned paper and stickers from my stash.

This week, Craftyhazelnut’s Christmas Challenge is to Add Gems or Pearls. I started by selecting a wonderful little digi by Bugaboo Stamps, called Scene it – Snowmen fun. I coloured the digi using Copic markers. I cut down the image to fit the width of my card and added pearls. The paper to from my stash.

The Design Team at CHNCCC is looking for something that begins with H. Being from Canada I immediately took of Hookey, then realized that I don’t have any hockey stamps/dies. Next, I thought of HOOK, as in a Christmas ornament hook to hang on the tree, but that is really hard to find. Then Bugaboo stamps came to the rescue! I used this adorable Stocking Santa ornament digi. I used my Derwent Inktense Watercolour pencils to colour him. The sentiment is from MFT.

Our Challenge this week at C.R.A.F.T. is to make a winter themed card. I used Dr. Digi’s Simple Snowman stamp. I printed him with my laser printer then ran him through my Minc foiler using the black foil, coloured him with Copics, fussy cut him out and set aside. Next, I embossed falling snow with an embossing folder by Taylored Expressions. Finally, I assembled my card. I was looking for a clean simple design this week.
Please support our weekly sponsors who graciously provide our weekly/monthly prizes.
This week’s challenge at 52 CCT is a Sketch Challenge by Fabiola. I had a cute digi stamp from Bugaboo Stamps and simply printed it three times n various sizes. Next, I coloured them using my Derwent Inkintense Watercolour pencils, fussy cut them out and with cardstock, a circle punch, and glue I arranged everything to sit the sketch.
