You Are My Sunshine

I made this three colour card with leftover scraps from my stash. I loved the way the curved edges went together. I made the card for the CAS – Colours and Sketches Challenge. While the sketch shows three different sections, it did not state I had to keep the ombre theme so I went for bold and simple with yellow, black and white. The stamp/die is from SSS – You are my Sunshine, and I embossed it with Wow yellow embossing powder. The curved lines are from a Mama Elephant border die.

I also entered this card into Moving Along With the Times CAS challenge and made a second entry into Little Tangles #38 Challenge. The card is so bright and reminds me of sand dunes and happy days! Addicted to Stamps also has a CAS challenge this week at http://www.addictedtostamps-challenge.blogspot.com.au/

UPDATE: My card was selected in the Top three with CAS Colours and Sketches at http://cascoloursandsketches.blogspot.nl/
