This week at Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge we are looking for a snowflake or two. I love the little popup box card. I used the rounded edge box card by Simply Crafty SVGs. I added snowflake die cuts by various companies, plus a snowman by Marianne Designs,
I look before to seeing everyone’s cool Snowflakes!
For this week’s Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge we are looking for a project using washi tape. I looked at the card I made for last week’s challenge (see below) and thought, why not make the tree using washi tape, so that is exactly what I did. I used a fabulous SVG file called, Blue Christmas (I swapped out washi tape for the tree) by A Little Scrap of Heaven. I also changed the card setup,
I look forward to seeing your creatations.
This week’s the 52CCT challenge
is to make a Popup card. There are numerous types of popup cards, but I chose to make a box card. I used my Cricut and the basic rounded edge box card by Simply Crafty SVGs. (Note: If you Google box card template there are a number of sites with free downloads and instructions), I started by creating the bo, then I filled it with a Santa, embellishments from my stash, and snowflakes diecuts. The Santa is by Marianne Designs, snowflakes by Penny Black and SSS, Mittens by Memory Box.

Normally when you think of Christmas colours, you automatically think red and green, gold and silver. I have made some pretty wild Christmas cards but today I was thinking soft pink. I used a fabulous SVG file called, Blue Christmas (I swapped out pink paper for blue) by A Little Scrap of Heaven. I add some detail to the snow, I embossed the snow banks and snowman with a snowflake embossing folder from my collection.
Please join us each week, and before you know it, you will have your Christmas card stash ready for 2019!
This week at 52CCT our challenge is Shabby or Vintage. I tried for a little of both. I used a fabulous stamp by Stampendous called, Snowy Postcard, I paired it with some vintage Christmas paper from my stash and added some embellishments.
