For this challenge, our fabulous leader, Jo, thought Fantasy who be a fun challenge to tackle. I can’t wait to see all the creative cards this week! I selected a fun digi called 3 Wishes by Melonheadz. I coloured my card using my brand new Zig Real Brush watercolour markers. Wow, they are very bold and bright. Love them! I made three versions of this card using the theme of birthday “wishes”. The sentiments are from Hero Arts.
I layered the Genie-popping up her face and the poof of smoke. Card Front

For this challenge, the design team is challenging you to design a card using only Black and one colour on your base. I used white card stock as my card front’s base and stamped Indigoblu – Kibble Pups. I coloured one pup red. On the inside of the card I used the sentiment and one of the pup stamps from Indigoblu – Duke’s Gang. Once again I coloured the pup red, and created a fishtail banner for the sentiment.

Fall is my favorite season! I love the fall colours, sunflowers, pumpkins, and maple leaves. While Christmas tops my favorite holiday, Halloween is a close second. For today’s card I used a great fall flower jar design called jarautumn by Bugaboo Stamps. They actually have a whole series of jars to mark every occasion.
I am still in my Derwent Inktense watercolouring phrase, and that’s how I coloured this image. I used Neenah Solar white card stock as my base then layered it on different papers from my stash. The sentiment is from SSS.

I picked an adorable stamp by Sweet n’ Sassy called Joy to the World. I coloured the image with Copic markers. While I have the matching dies, I fussy cut out the images. For the background, I used Frantic Stamper Precision Die – Corner Sun Rays Quilt Panel. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches.
I entered this card into:
ABC Christmas Challenge – ’S’ for Sew What? (Faux stitching around sun rays)
UPDATE: I placed in Top 3 at ABC Christmas Challenge = S for Sew What
Yay another Christmas challenge! For my card this week, I decided to enlarge the Santa digi from Pickled Potpourri Designs called JINGLE JOLLY to 7 x 4 card. I copied the digi on to white, black, red, and gold card stock. I coloured his face pink using Copics then paper pieced all the pieces on the digi pattern. Next I took the pattern card front an another blank white card stock sheet and cut the two pieces out together making the card front and back. I scored the back sheet about oe inch down from the top and adherred it together making this adorable stand up card. I added Stickles to the white fur on his outfit. To get the boots more definition, I added white faux stitching.
