With Sympathy -vertical and horizontal

I made two cards using a stamp from Impression Obsession called Shell Collage. It was one of the first stamps I purchased, however, I never used it until today. I made two copies. I first coloured them with Copics, then aged them with some distress ink. For one, I cut and framed the stamp with a matching cardstock. The other I cut out irregularly then distressed the edges. I used 3D Shell embossing folder by Spellbinders, sentiments from Verve Stamps, twine, and pearls.

Royal “Purple” Wedding

I normally make cards, simply for the enjoyment. Every now and then I get a special request from a friend to make a special something-something. My friend, T-Max, has a friend getting married aboard and can’t attend, but wants a super special card to congratulate the hapy couple. Their wedding colour is royal purple. I used Man & Bride, and sentiment from PI, and various Spellbinder dies. I added ribbon, pearls, and a hatpin to complete the look. After a little planning, this is the final card I made.

Merry Christmas to “Ewe”

I love this fun little sheep, Merry Xmas Ewe, from Bugaboo Stamps. I coloured him with Copics, highlighted his eyes with glossy accents, and added clear Wink of Stella to the sheep. I debossed the background using Snowflake folder from Stampin Up. The final details were red gems in the center of the snow.

On the Beach

I stamped this image twice. Once with Memento for Copic colouring and the other in Versafine for watercolouring. I liked the Copic image better. I finished the card off with some twine and charms from my stash. The image is from Stampendous – Beachfront Boat. I entered my card into and Charisma Cardz Challenge - Charm , Ribbon  and  Twine.

Ship Grid

One can never have too many manly cards. I used Obsession Impression stamp – Ship Grid. I had fun with this card. Firstly I coloured the stamped image with Copics. Next I applied a little coat of distress ink to weather the look. I distressed the main image edges and inked them. I cut out two 4.25 x 5.5 patterned papers. I pasted down the wood look, then torn two edges of the old map and glued them down. I added twine, the focal image, and a sentiment tag.
