C.R.A.F.T. Challenge 484 – 27th of September – Autumn/Weather

Gosh, summer is over and now we are into my favourite season of all – Fall. The Design team at C.R.A.F.T. is looking for an Autumn or Weather card. I used a fabulous stamp from Eureka Stamps called Halloween Border. What says fall more than orange pumpkins! I love the glossy finish left for using my Minc machine, so I printed the image using my laser printer/Minc, coloured the image with my Copic markers, and added it to some Halloween paper from my stash.

C.R.A.F.T. – Challenge 387 – 27th of October – Add Ribbon, Sparkle and Shine

Fall is a favorite time of the year. Here in Ontario, Canada, we are blessed with the wonderful fall colours each year. Prince Edward County is famous for its pumpkins and I love taking that Fall drive and seeing all the pumpkins in the fields! My card today was inspired by those wonderful drives. I felt the AKV Fall Family Trio by Bugaboo Stamps was  a perfect subject.I coloured them with my Derwent Inktense watercolour pencils. I added some sequences for a little bling and a string bow.

C.R.A.F.T. – Challenge 384 – 6th of October – Inspiration Picture

For this week’s challenge we have a photo inspiration. Fall is my favorite time of the year because of the beautiful colours we get here in Ontario, Canada. For these challege, I used a stamp by Stampendous called Fall Leaves Background. I made a couple of variations of the cards using distress inks to colour the stamp. The sentiment is from SSS and the stitched leaves die cuts are from Lawn Fawn.

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge 382 – 22nd of September – Autumn/Halloween/Thanksgiving

DTbadgeFall is my favorite season! I love the fall colours, sunflowers, pumpkins, and maple leaves. While Christmas tops my favorite holiday, Halloween is a close second. For today’s card I used a great fall flower jar design called jarautumn by Bugaboo Stamps. They actually have a whole series of jars to mark every occasion.

I am still in my Derwent Inktense watercolouring phrase, and that’s how I coloured this image. I used Neenah Solar white card stock as my base then layered it on different papers from my stash. The sentiment is from SSS.
