The Design Team at CHNCC is looking for a card with a house or houses. I decided to make a huge card using my Cricut and an SVG file from My Scrap Chick called Village Card. You can make this card as big or small as you want. I went with 7 houses, switching them up using pre-textured cardstock and smooth cardstock. I used stickers to decorate the doors, and sentiment by Penny Black. The full card fits into a 8.5 x 11 inch envelop.

This week’s challenge at Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge is to make a card using a snowman. I am using a cute digi from From the Heart* called, FtHS Dancing Snowman_Boom Box. I coloured it with Copics Markers and added a little glossy accents to highlight the Boom Box. *Note: From The Heart Stamps has now closed. Sadly the extremely talents artist passed away and her website was shut down.

This week’s theme at Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge is a Christmas project inspired by a Christmas Song or Carol. My card is based on the old classic, Frosty the snowman. I am using my Cricut Explorer Air and a SVG file by My Scrap Chick called Happy Snowmen Group of 3, Easelcard. I added details with Copic markers and White Gel pen. I also used patterned papers by Lawn Fawn.
